Let’s talk about change

Tomorrow is wildly uncertain. What if that’s a good thing?

For over a decade, I’ve been fascinated by the concept of change. When do we change and for what reasons? Why is it that sometimes, change comes easily, while other times, it’s the thing we fight with all our might?

As a long-term concerned citizen who’s suffered 15 years of severe climate anxiety, I began applying these questions to the climate work as well. How do we make people care more about our environment? And most importantly — how do we invite people to want to participate in the biggest work of all: sustaining life on this planet?

Today, I’m widely known as The Climate Optimist and a huge believer in our ability to create a radically different tomorrow. In a time of growing uncertainty, it’s my calling to spread the message of grounded optimism, resilience, and empowered hope.
